The Amazon DMO6 facility, located in Boca Raton, underwent a significant revamp. Originally constructed in 1968, the surrounding areas required modernization. Despite substantial additions to the project scope, the timeline remained fixed. The renovation included to build an undercover loading zone, new loading dock area, new parking lots, new drainage system and upgrade the old fire main. The project was successfully completed within the original 6-month timeframe, and notably, there were no incidents or accidents throughout its duration.
