AMAZON DVB6 is a distribution/delivery station in Miramar. In this building, customer orders are prepared for last-mile delivery. This project was to renovate an old industrial warehouse to state-of-the-art distribution center; 30 acres site with 488,000 SF building. The renovation included to build new ramps to access the warehouse, up-grade the loading zone, create new parking areas at the old loading dock, new parking lots, up-grade drainage system and upgrade the fire main. We successfully completed the project, including signs and striping, by November 2021 within a six-month timeframe, with zero incidents or accidents.
